What is sound meditation?
Receiving sound is as easy as taking a breath. When you take a moment to inhale and focus on your breath something changes. You enter a state of relaxation and peace. You feel more connected with your body. Every breath is special and has power. Music is similar. You can achieve so much from rest and active listening. During a sound meditation I create the sounds that will best serve you in the present moment. Removing blocks, opening you up to receiving, inner peace and so much more. All you have to do is lie down, trust, and soak in the vibrations. Trust that even if you fall asleep the sounds will be doing the work for you. Receiving a sound meditation can be a rejuvenating, relaxing and healing experience if you allow yourself to surrender to the present moment.
Please find a comfy, soft, and safe place to sit or lay down to enjoy these meditations. I recommend listening with headphones if that is possible for you.
